the phone

i think my new cell service isn't as good as my old service. it seemed ok until today when i was talking to E and he mentioned that he text me back the other day while on his rainy fishing trip (i asked him to bring me back a 2lb sea bass, preferably ill-tempered) and i never responded. the thing is, i never got a text from him. i think my new cell phone is becoming a black hole for text messages. it stinks, because i love this new phone. it is so neat. it is helping me organize my silly little life and worry a little less about things. of course, if i lose it, then i'm just plain screwed.

if you've text me recently, you might want to just call me instead. if i didn't reply, chances are that i never got it. i swear i'm not ignoring you. even if you deserve it. ;)
