phat beats on dvd

alright, alright... so i've been slacking a bit on keeping you fine folks in tune with my life. this is probably because i am hardly ever in tune with my life myself.

have a cheering competition tomorrow that i am ultra-nervous about. i don't really feel prepared for it. i feel like i have never done this before. in my time as a cheerleader, i've probably been to at least 20 tournaments or something... so why do i still get nervous? it's a new scene for me really. i am one of the oldest girls on the team, haven't done most of the stuff in at least 6 years, and don't react well to pressure put on me by a coach anymore. i hate getting yelled at still, but i don't take it like a whimpering little freshman anymore. i guess i've learned what my own priorities are to some extent, and getting upset because some guy is yelling at me for holding a girl's butt wrong while stunting just doesn't rank.

anyways, i will have to let y'all know how that turns out.

more updates (brief):
-bruises finally healed after realizing there is no miracle cure out there to fade them faster (anyone who can come up with something would be pretty rich, i presume)
-got a new Tiesto dvd that is awesome. (anyone who is like "who?", let me present one of the world's biggest and best djs - go here:http://www.tiesto.com/)
-watched Vanity Fair the other day and i want to know what you thought if you've seen it. i am torn whether it was a really good movie or if i am just appreciateive of Reese Witherspoon's acting ability.

that's about it really. i haven't had much time for fun and exciting things, so no real dramas to dish today. i'll work on that. :)
