wedding crasher

looking forward to a big family wedding this weekend. i was talking to my beloved cuz the other night and we realized that this is kind of like a family reunion for us. well, for her mom's side of the family and my dad's side of the family.... we won't get into my complicated family tree... in fact, i'm not even sure i'd be able to draw it at this point. there'd be lots of dotted lines or something to represent divorces, separations, etc. ahhh... family.

oh, i also found out that another one of my cousin's eloped recently. by doing that he jumped ahead of the two that have wedding plans in the works (including my brother's wedding this weekend) and managed to be the first one of the cousins married off. they used to all think it would be me... boy did they have it wrong. :)

this will be the first wedding that i am going to solo. should be interesting. probably better that it is a family thing than if it was a random one. at least i will know most of the crowd. the fun part is going to be avoiding a girl that will be there because i might have made out with her boyfriend once... not knowing that he had a girlfriend though. figures he happens to be one of my brother's best friends. isn't it always the case? ;) maybe there'll be some other entertainment there that i can toy with. we'll see.

i would also like to mention that my sister is in the hospital again (down to 72 pounds now), so if any of you are prayer people out there, please include her in them if you can. she doesn't want any visitors right now, so i can't actually go and check up on her. when i can, i'll update.
