what's been going on...

for the last three weeks, i have either been suffering from allergies or i have had a cold... not sure what's going on. either way, i haven't been feeling great and haven't really gone out because of it.

thursday, i went to a biotech softball game to cheer for my friends playing on the old company's team. my boss tells me that if i want to keep my job, i need to start cheering for our team. not gonna happen. :)

friday, worked late then stopped over to nate's apartment to pick up some stuff. what stuff, you ask? his and eliza's beach stuff. those two crazy kooks decided to bike up to the beach in ipswich on saturday. i met them up there with some other friends for our beach day. they ended up biking 76 miles. i only wish i had a picture of the two of them walking down the beach, a little saddle-sore and decked out in cycling gear. oh, and otis had his first threesome.... that would be my little two-seater... he had three people in him for a little ride to a clam shack for dinner after the beach. was a lot of fun.

sunday, nate and i had breakfast in my hood and did a little shopping at patagonia and then i headed out to the burbs to visit the family. it was my step-grandmother's bday. i think i often take for granted the older and wiser of my fmaily members. i love talking to my step-gram about all of her travels though. she's super cool.

would have liked to get to go out for yanna's birthday on saturday, but knew i wouldn't be much fun. in fact, i was in bed and asleep by 10:30 that night.

all in all a productive weekend for not really feeling very well though.
