can ya hear me now?

ok, so i need to go to bed because i am getting up uber early tomorrow, but i just wanted to let ya'll know that i don't have a phone right now. i went to the stupid mf'ing wireless store today hoping to have my phone repaired from its current crazed state only to learn that they no longer fix phones. phones are simply replaced. but not without charging you $60 for the replacement. my only other option? upgrade my plan and get a new one (means signing a new 2-year contract with them and i am not going to do that). i want a new phone, but i don't need it for another month when this contract expires and a new one at a new company can begin. faced with the reality of being phoneless for a month, i told him to just swap my broken one for a new one (aka $60). they didn't have my phone in stock and they cannot swap it for any other phone. i can buy a brand new phone, but because i am not "upgrading", the cheapest phone is $130. ridiculous. it's really not the money - it's the principal of it all. stupid wireless company being mf'ing stupid again.

i guess i am going to go buy the new phone with a new contract at a new company tomorrow and then have some random temp number for a month until they can switch it. fun, fun.
